DESCRIPTION:Reiki Restorative with Rachel\nSunday November 15th \n3:00pm-5:00pm \nRestorative Yoga • Reiki • Sound Healing\nGive yourself two nourishing hours to slow down\, soften and simply receive. \nYou’ll be guided through deeply supported restorative yoga postures\, with Reiki woven throughout the practice to encourage deep relaxation and energetic renewal. \nWe’ll close with a gentle sound healing journey featuring singing bowls\, live instruments\, mantra and Rachel’s voice – allowing sound and vibration to carry you into an even deeper state of rest and integration. \nThis intimate experience is limited to 15 participants\, allowing plenty of space for individual Reiki attention and a more personal experience. \nNo previous experience with yoga\, Reiki or sound healing is needed.
