SUMMARY:Acupuncture & Sound Bath
DESCRIPTION:Acupuncture & Sound Bath \nJoin us at The Bell Tower for a deeply restorative evening combining Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture with the immersive experience of a live sound bath. \nJill\, TCM Acupuncturist and owner of Komoka Acupuncture and Wellness\, offers a gentle\, calming approach that creates a safe space to slow down\, relax\, and reconnect. \nDuring the sound bath\, Jill will gently insert very thin\, sterile\, single-use needles into selected acupuncture points. The needles will remain in place while you relax and experience the sound bath\, supporting a sense of grounding\, relaxation\, and calm. \nThe sound bath will be guided by Michele\, sound bath artist\, using voice and resonant instruments to create a peaceful\, immersive soundscape. \nWhat to wear: Please wear a short-sleeved shirt and comfortable pants that can be rolled or pulled above the knees for easy access to the acupuncture points. \nCome get comfortable\, slow down\, and give yourself permission to simply rest.
