If you need to destress and unwind, this is the place for you. This class will be a restorative flow style practice. The class will include standing postures to strengthen and challenge the muscles and mind, and postures done on the floor to relax and restore areas of tension. The class focuses on body breath connection, moving consciously with the breath, and creating a deeper awareness in the mind and body. Options for postures are provided to suit most students. This class will provide gentle movements for a relaxing and restorative experience.
