Join us for a 90 minute immersive sound bath beneath the energy of the full moon.
This deeply restorative experience uses the gentle resonance of crystal singing bowls, and other meditative instruments to calm the nervous system, release tension, and invite relaxation and clarity. The full moon offers a beautiful moment to pause, and reset.
Facilitated by Michele Kujawa, sound bath facilitator and vocalist, known for creating soothing, spacious soundscapes that support deep rest and renewal.
