Dreams carry insight into emotional patterns, life transitions, and emerging awareness. In this focused, intimate workshop, you will learn exactly how to approach a dream and work with it meaningfully.
You will leave knowing how to read your dreams with clarity and confidence.
In this workshop, you will:
• Learn a structured, step-by-step process for reading your dreams
• Understand symbols through the lens of projection and inner representation
• Move beyond isolated symbols and identify the larger narrative
• Practice relating dream material directly to everyday life
You are welcome to bring a recent dream or nightmare to work with. If you don’t have one, you will still learn the full method and how to apply it independently.
Participants will also be guided through a reflective process for accessing subconscious imagery and understanding how emerging inner narratives connect to lived experience.
Location:
The Bell Tower Wellness
Mt. Brydges, Ontario
Includes take-home resources so you can continue this work on your own.
Important Note Regarding Nightmares:
Some nightmares may reflect traumatic memory. These require a different therapeutic approach and are not appropriate for group dreamwork. If this distinction arises, it will be addressed clearly and with care.
