Begin 2026 with clarity and renewal. This special sound bath will invite you to release what no longer serves you and welcome in fresh intentions for the year ahead. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, voice and other healing instruments, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation, creating space for a powerful reset.

Together, we’ll set intentions, infuse them with sound, and close with a simple fire release ceremony to open the path forward.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort (We supply all of this but feel free to bring extra for comfort)
• Journal/pen (optional—supplies will also be provided)
• An open heart ready to release and receive

No experience needed—all are welcome.
