Oct 16th – For Self
Parenthood begins with you. In this first session, we’ll take time to reflect on your own early experiences and how becoming a parent feels today. You’ll learn to recognize the warning signs of stress, anxiety, and depression, and explore sensory check-ins and simple self-care practices that restore balance and calm.
Oct 23rd – For Relationships
Parenthood shifts the way we connect with partners, friends, and even ourselves. This week we’ll focus on relationships — exploring what has changed, what feels challenging, and what supports you most. Together, we’ll share strategies for keeping connections healthy, setting boundaries, and asking for help when you need it.
Oct 30th – For Community
No one parents in isolation. In our final session, we’ll reflect on how our society views parenthood, then look at nurturing practices from other cultures. You’ll have space to notice what resonates with you and design a simple personal wellness plan that weaves together self-care, supportive relationships, and community connection.
