Yoga for Overall Wellness
Build Resilience, Improve Energy and Calm the Nervous System.Â
This workshop would be divided into 3 parts where I share with participants how yoga can bring resilience, build energy and evoke calm into their lives. I will demonstrate how the practice of yoga brings true balance into our bodies, hearts and minds. The workshop would be part information/theory on how different postures create different sensations, and why this happens (I will share some information on the vagus nerve to help explain this). I would then lead a 45min practice, teaching different postures related to these three sensations/emotions.
